TECHNIQUE OF CARRYING OUT OF SCLEROTHERAPY BENIGN CYST OF THYROID GLAND

Abstract

The unified technique of sclerotherapy of 3 % aetoksiscleroly has shown the high efficiency at treatment benign cyst of thyroid
gland. Treatment has appeared highly effectively at presence cyst of thyroid gland any volume. However, at sclerotherapy performance cyst with small and average volume the effect was authentically above, than at big cyst. It is necessary to note, effect from
sclerotherapy also depend from structure cyst of thyroid gland. At sclerotherapy simple cyst the percent of cases of full regress was
considerable above, than at treatment difficult cyst. A certain role in sclerotherapy cyst of thyroid gland contents of cyst, in particular
played also viscosity contents of cyst. At more viscous contents the quantity of sessions of sclerotherapy, terms of full regress of
cyst increased. The high results received during carried out research, convincingly testify to absence of rigid necessity for repeated
injections of scleropreparations.
