The prevalence rates of infectious and parasitic diseases over the period from 1970 to 2005 were analyzed among population groups exposed to radiation in dose ranges of 150–300 mSv and 500 mSv and above. Dose-effect patterns were established with a significant excess of morbidity rates in the second dose group.
