The paper presents case report of penetrative gunshot ocular injury with intracranial localization of the foreign body in
paediatric patient. After emergency treatment destroyed eye globe was enucleated and intracranial foreign body removed.
Deformity of orbital cavity developed secondary to trauma was reconstructed and prosthesis was introduced. The remote
functional and cosmetic outcomes were beneficial both in general and local terms.
