DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS USING STATISTICA AND SPSS SOFTWARE
This is the first paper of a series of articles where we describe basic principles of statistical data analysis using Statistica and SPSS software for beginners. Step-be-step algorithms for presentation of quantitative and qualitative data including normality testing are presented. Measures of central tendency and variability are explained and practical examples using the data from earlier studies are given.
