THE ANALYSIS OF RESULTS OF PATROL EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SUPERVISION OF A HIV-INFECTION, AMONG PATIENTS WITH SYMPTOMS OF THE INFECTIONS TRANSFERRED BY A SEXUAL WAY, IN SEMEY CITY OF THE EAST KAZAKHSTAN AREA FOR 2011 IN COMPARISON WITH 2009-2006
The high level of knowledges of patients with symptoms of STI about ways of transference and prevention of HIV-infection didn't lead to shaping of a stereotypes of safe sexual behavior (low use of condoms with unconstant and commercial sexual partners). It speaks about low suspicion of the population concerning risk of an infection of a HIV through sexual contact.

PSYCHO-SOCIAL SUPPORT TO HIV-POSITIVE. EXPERIENCE "KOSTANAI REGIONAL CENTRE FOR DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF AIDS"
This paper is devoted to the organization of effective psychosocial care for HIV-positive. In the first part of the article the author describes the urgency of the problem in terms of the spread of HIV in Kazakhstan and the region. In the second, de-scribed by the form of work to provide psychosocial support to the example of the agency. The final part deals with the problems that lead to lack of effectiveness of interventions and solutions.

Character of epidemic circulation of a AIDS-infection in Semey region in general corresponds to the model, which is in Republic Kazakhstan.
The epidemic situation with a AISD-infection in Semey's city differs from common republican epidemic situation across Kazakhstan the most (in 3 times) a share of the revealed foreign citizens; considerable growth for last 2 years in structure of the revealed cases - inhabitants of Semey's city and absence of cases of vertical and through of blood ways of transfer of a AIDS.
