CLINICAL EFFICIENCY OF ALPHA-ADRENOCEPTOR AGONISTS IN EXTERNAL APPLICATION
This work presents the results of the drug development for external application possessing powerful vasoconstrictive effect and capable to liquidate the acute inflammation phenomenon: edema and hyperemia. To this end, the cream was test-ed with 0.1% content of naphazoline, which proved to be clinically more effective than 1% hydrocortisone ointment.
