                Bleeding from esophageal varicose is a major cause of death of patients with liver cirrhosis. Despite the variety of methods used to prevent such bleeding frequency of their development remains high. Every day about 100 million sexual intercourses are accomplished in the world, there is conception in 910.000 cases, in 10% of these cases pregnancy ends with artificial abortion.                 The trend of population ageing is reinforced in a planetary scale, and especially in developed countries. By this hand the population ageing process will affect on different factors such as health status and health-care system.
