ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОГО ОБМЕНА И ПЕРЕКИСНОГО ОКИСЛЕНИЯ ЛИПИДОВ У КРЫС РАЗНОГО ВОЗРАСТА ПРИ СУБЛЕТАЛЬНОМ ГАММА-ОБЛУЧЕНИИ
В эксперименте исследовалось влияние гамма-излучения в дозе 6 Гр на энергетический обмен и перекисного окисления липидов. Результаты: увеличение продуктов ПОЛ и снижение активности ферментов метаболизма. Повышение содержания диеновых коньюгатов и малонового диальдегида свидетельствуют о ускорении процессов перекисного окисления липидов и недостаточности антиоксидантной системы в старческом возрасте.
