GRANULOMATOUS POLYANGITIS (WEGENER’S GRANULOMATOSIS) IN THE PRACTICE OF A RHEUMATOGIST
This publication describes a patient diagnosed with Granulomatous polyangiitis (Wegener's granulomatosis), who was observed and treated for a long time by doctors of different specialties. Due to the ineffectiveness of long-term therapy for the disease, a thorough comprehensive analysis of clinical, laboratory and instrumental data was carried out in order to verify the diagnosis. The data presented in the article will be useful to representatives of practical healthcare, rheumatologists, visual diagnostic doctors and general practitioners.
