MINI-LAPAROTOMY AT SURGICAL TREATMENT OF GALLSTONE DISEASE
The results of surgical treatment from a mini-laparotomy of 162 patients with a chronic calculus cholecystitis are studied. The use of minimally invasive technologies in surgical interventions of the mini-laparotomic access allows for 98,8% of patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis and its complications to perform cholecystectomy with interventions in the biliary tract. Mini-invasive technology allows to lower postoperative complications to 1,2%.
