A CYST OF THE NECK OF URINARY BLADDER (A CASE HISTORY)
We observed two cases of a cyst in the area of the neck of urinary bladder, having an infravesical obstruction. The interest and uniqueness of these cases lie in that fact the present pathology is exceptionally rare. In the available literature and Internet we could not find any information concerning this pathology. In the first case, while removing a cystoscope, there occurred oncotomy (on account of a thin cyst wall), which was the reason of haematuria. In the second case the cyst wall was thicker. The carried out open treatment, namely: the transurethral cyst resection, had facilitated an earlier recovery of the patient and shortening of the time of the hospital treatment.
