TO THE LONG-TERM EFFECTS OF IONIZING RADIATION ON THE HEALTH OF THE FORMER SEMIPALATINSK NUCLEAR GROUND POPULATION (LITERATURE REVIEW)
Immune-mediated mechanisms of disease from exposure to ionizing radiation are presented. An interconnection of met-abolic liver diseases with long-term effects of ionizing radiation in ecologically unfavorable regions of the former Semipalatinsk nuclear ground are defined. Necessity of immune rehabilitee the population of the region is justified.
