THE COPD IN VARIOUS AREAS OF RADIATION RISK
In the work are reported the results of cytomorphologic research of bronchial lavage and the material of brush biopsy among COPD patients, living in areas of maximal and high radiation risk around Semipalatinsk nuclear testing area, in com-parison with the results of the analogous research of Astana region.
The frequent exposure of distinct signs of obvious decrease of local antimicrobial protection of bronchial tubes with the signs of dysplasia, intestinal metaplasia, destruction and degenerative changes among COPD patients from Semipalatinsk region in comparison with disaster fighter patients of Astana regions it is registered.
