DIAGNOSTICS OF FALSE ANEURISM OF A SPLENIC ARTERY BY A METHOD OF MRI (A CASE FROM PRACTICE)
Magnetic resonance tomography of the abdomen is a highly informative method of diagnostics of the diseases of liver, gall bladder, biliary tract, pancreas and spleen. MRI with application of MR- аоrtography is the preferred method of identifying false aneurysms splenic arteries and other arteries of the basin of celiac trunk. MRI allows not only to diagnose the aneurysm, but presumably determine the artery from which happened bleeding, to evaluate the status of the pancreas, which is necessary for determining the tactics of further treatment.
