EXPERIENCE OF THE USE OF TRANSOSSEAL OSTEOSYNTHESIS IN TRANSVERSE PATELLAR FRACTURES

Relevance: Patella fractures are one of the least developed problems in modern traumatology and orthopedics. Despite the apparent simplicity of the principles of their treatment, complications and unfavorable results remain. The use of transosseous osteosynthesis appears to be an adequate treatment option.

Objective: To improve the method of transosseous osteosynthesis in patellar fractures and to evaluate the results of its application.
