Предоставлено клиническое наблюдение случая применения метода эндоскопического лигирования варикозно- расширенных вен пищевода, при остром пищеводном кровотечении, у пациента с циррозом печени. Описанный случай демонстрирует как лечебно- диагностические возможности современной эндоскопии, так и эффектив-ность эндоскопического лигирования варикозно-расширенных вен пищевода в лечении подобных заболеваний.

The main purpose of this research was a creation of ways for optimization of care model for residents of "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city on the basis of the complex examination results.
