The high level of knowledges of patients with symptoms of STI about ways of transference and prevention of HIV-infection didn't lead to shaping of a stereotypes of safe sexual behavior (low use of condoms with unconstant and commercial sexual partners). This paper is devoted to the organization of effective psychosocial care for HIV-positive. In the first part of the article the author describes the urgency of the problem in terms of the spread of HIV in Kazakhstan and the region. In the second, de-scribed by the form of work to provide psychosocial support to the example of the agency. The final part deals with the problems that lead to lack of effectiveness of interventions and solutions.
