DEVELOPMENT OF TRIUNITY OF FACULTY OF MEDICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

This article describes the main issues of the development of triunity of faculty of the medical higher education institution and the ways of addressing them. The author determines principal factors which affect the development of triunity in modernization of medical education, especially in terms of improvement of competencies of research staff, creation of conditions for triunity of science, practice and education through the introduction of integrated academic medical centers and university clinics, effective introduction of innovations in clinical practice, as well as creation of integrated union “teacher – mentor + students + scientist + clinician”.
