Введение. Односторонняя, или по-другому, монолатеральная спинальная анестезия (ОСА/МСА), это один из методов обезболивания при односторонних операциях на нижних конечностях. Однако данный вид обезболивания не лишен недостатков. Одним из главных критериев при оценке данного вида анестезии является частота удачных монолатеральных блокад, которая по данным разных авторов, варьирует от 13% до 94%.
