CHOLEDOCHOTOMY IN URGENT SURGERY OF EXTRA HEPATIC BILE PASSAGES
Choledochotomy in urgent operations for acute cholecystitis has been carried out upon 250patients. Indications for the dissection of the common bile duct in acute cholecystitis are considered. Methods of completion of choledochotomy are dis-cussed. According to the authors data in the patients the external drainage of the common bule duct was done. Immediate and late results of this operation happened to be worse than those following choledochal blind suture or biliodigestive anastomosis choledochotomy. On this basis it is recommtyded to restrict the use of the drainage.

OPTIMIZATION OF TREATMENT OF PYELONEPHRITIS IN PREGNANCY
The clinical efficacy of Canephron N in the complex therapy of pyelonephritis in 35 pregnant women (18-basic group, 17 - control group) has been studied. Before and after the treatment were investigated: clinical and laboratory parameters, urine culture, ultrasound of the kidneys. It has been established that use of Canephron N in combination with antibiotic therapy in pregnant women with pyelonephritis is accompanied by more marked decrease in the frequency of clinical symptoms and significant reduction of leukocytes in urine as compared with the control group (р<0,05). FACULTATIVE AEROBIC MICROFLORA OF THE REPRODUCTIVE TRACT OF PREGNANT WOMEN SURVEYED IN ANTENATAL
In the group of pregnant women surveyed in prenatal optional - aerobic microflora of the reproductive tract was represented by the following families and genera of bacteria: Staphylococcus sp (53%), Corynebacterium sp. (26%) and members of Enterobacteriacea sp. (37%). Rarely detected Bacillus sp. (15%), Acinetobacter sp. (8%), Moraxella sp. (13%). In assessing the state of the whole vaginal microbiocenosis group surveyed pregnant women normobioze met in 25% of dysbiosis - 75%.

MICROBIOCENOSIS VAGINA AND INTESTINE OF PREGNANT WOMEN
As a result of microbiological screening found that most of the pregnant women at risk have been various disbiotic violations: in 75,6% of patients were observed deviations from the normal microflora of the vagina, and 67,6% were diagnosed intestinal biocenosis changes.
