EXPERIENCE OF TRANSURETHRAL LITHOEXTRACTION AND LITHOTRIPSY URETERAL STONES OF THE LOWER THIRD OF THE URETER AND URINARY BLADDER
This article describes the experience of transurethral l lithoextraction and lithotripsy ureteral stones of the lower third of the ureter and urinary bladder for the period of 2007-2010 in “Centre of Mother and Child” of Ust-Kamenogorsk city 7 children with calculus of lower parts of urethra tracts were treated. Two of seven children arrived routinely. They were: 5 boys and 2 girls. There was 1 child younger of 3 years, 5 children from 3 to 6 years and one child of 10 years.

EXPERIENCE OF TREATING APPENDICULAR PERITONITIS IN CHILDREN
Appendicular peritonitis usually occurs in children admitted to hospital in the later stages of disease. The most frequent and severe complications of acute appendicitis are diffuse peritonitis and appendicular infiltrate. Diffuse peritonitis develops in the presence of destructive forms of appendicitis, and is a consequence of spread of the inflammatory process in the peritoneum due to permeability of appendix walls for microorganisms or perforation.

CASE OF SUCCESSFUL ENDOSCOPIC TREATMENT RIGHT-SIDED DIAPHRAGMATIC HERNIA IN A CHILD 12 YEARS
According to the foreign and domestic literature frequency of diaphragmatic hernia reaches 1: 2000-1: 3000, including the pathology of the stillborn, with right-sided diaphragmatic hernia occurs in 19-22% of observations. Fatality, according to Western authors, is 46-80%. The lack of a single effective treatment leaves the question of the timing and methods of operative treatment.
