ТЕНДЕНЦИИ ЗАБОЛЕВАЕМОСТИ ИНФЕКЦИОННОГО ЭНДОКАРДИТА ПОСЛЕ ОБНОВЛЕНИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ РУКОВОДСТВУЮЩИХ ПРИНЦИПОВ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Введение. Инфекционный эндокардит (ИЭ) – это редкое инфекционное заболевание, характеризующееся стабильным ростом заболеваемости. На текущий момент существует несколько международных рекомендации по профилактике ИЭ. В связи с этим у исследователей и представителей системы здравоохранения возникает вопрос об эффективности этих руководствующих принципов профилактики ИЭ.
Цель исследования. Анализировать изменения в обновлённых рекомендациях по профилактике, а также изучить тенденций заболеваемости после внедрения руководящих принципов по профилактики ИЭ.
Материалы и методы. Был проведен систематический поиск по базам данных PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane, eLibrary и Cyberleninka без ограничений на дату публикации или язык.
Результаты. Рекомендации AHA и ESC схожи в том, что оба руководства настоятельно рекомендуют назначение антибиотиков для пациентов с высоким риском ИЭ перед инвазивными стоматологическими процедурами. Напротив, NICE призывает к полному отказу от антибиотикопрофилактики. Несмотря на различные подходы, наблюдается ежегодный рост заболеваемости ИЭ. Однако стоит отметить, что страны, разработавшие национальные рекомендации, смогли достигнуть не только снижения заболеваемости, но и уменьшения смертности от ИЭ.
Выводы. Таким образом, несмотря на стабильный прирост заболеваемости ИЭ в некоторых странах был достигнут прогресс в профилактике заболевания. Учитывая, что на сегодняшний день в Казахстане отсутствуют эпидемиологические исследования по ИЭ, работникам сферы здравоохранения следует обратить на это внимание и провести соответствующее изучение данной проблемы. Кроме того, важно рассмотреть возможность разработки национальных рекомендаций по профилактике заболевания, принимая во внимание особенности эпидемиологического профиля ИЭ в стране.
