MANAGEMENT MODEL BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL’S MOTIVATION ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REGIONAL ONCOLOGY CENTER OF SEMEY
The paper presents a model of motivational management by medical staff of Regional oncology center of Semey city, on the basis of which is situated the chair of oncology and radiology named after D.R. Mussinov, MD, professor. At the chair are trained on the residency program, magistracy, Ph doctoral program. Staff motivation is set out in the form of implementation of the Program development of oncological cancer care in 2012-2015 years, including the development of nuclear medicine. Creation of highly efficient and motivated teams, including in health care institutions, will increase labor productivity, improve the quality of service delivery, working and living conditions of staff, will allow reducing employee turnover, and increase the stimulation innovations. The paper also defines the role of employee motivation of health care subjects, providing primary medical-sanitary care within the guaranteed volume of the medical care and results of introduction of the system of promotion of stimulating component of a comprehensive capitation, which is carried out by the expense of the national budget in the form of current targeted transfers.
