ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION OF CONSUMPTION OF NEW PSYCHOACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
The whole world is concerned about the situation with the use of psychoactive substances by young people. The most psychoactive substances are consumed by young people, who also suffer the most from the medical consequences caused by them, and the most popular substance among young people is cannabis. At the same time, it is also necessary to focus the attention of state bodies regarding the age threshold of drug addicts, since it is adolescent, youth drug addiction that is most dangerous and has disastrous consequences in the future. Epidemiological data on the consumption of new psychoactive substances (NPS) in most of the world's countries remain fragmented and limited today. Based on various epidemiological studies, we can say that the level of penetration of surfactants into the drug environment has increased. As the number of synthetic cannabimimetics (SCS) increases, the number of cases of driving after smoking second-generation spices increases. The forces of the professional community should be directed to the study of NSAIDs, the development of diagnostic criteria for acute intoxication, addiction syndrome, withdrawal states associated with the use of NSAIDs, the development of effective therapeutic approaches and patient management protocols.
