МОЛЕКУЛЯРНО-ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ РАЗВИТИЯ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ХРОНИЧЕСКИХ ВИРУСНЫХ ГЕПАТИТОВ В И С (Обзор литературы)
Вирусные гепатиты являются одной из значимых проблем гепатологии в мире. Хронические вирусные гепатиты, как известно, проявляют высокую склонность к трансформации в цирроз печени и гепатоцеллюлярную карциному. В настоящей обзорной статье рассматриваются вопросы прогнозирования трансформации вирусного гепатита В и С в цирроз печени и гепатоцеллюлярную карциному.
