ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ TREC (T-CELL RECEPTOR EXCISION CIRCLES) В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ
TREC служит маркером Т-лимфоцитов, которые были выделены вилочковой железой после этапа диффе-ренцировки. В обзоре представлены работы, обосновывающие определение уровня TREC как наиболее доступного и малоинвазивного метода в диагностике, мониторинге и прогнозировании таких заболеваний, как: иммунодефициты, ВИЧ-инфекции и при трансплантации костного мозга.
