ЖҮЙЕЛІ ҚЫЗЫЛ ЖЕГІ КЕЗІНДЕГІ ҚАННЫҢ ГЕМОТОЛОГИЯЛЫҚ КӨРСЕТКІШТЕРІНІҢ ӨЗГЕРУ ЕРЕКШЕЛІКТЕРІ. ӘДЕБИЕТТЕРГЕ ШОЛУ
Кіріспе: Жүйелі қызыл жегі (ЖҚЖ) ауруы ауыспалы мультижүйелі және кең спектірлі клиникасы бар гетерогенді аутоиммунды ауру. Ағзадағы тірек-бұлшықет, тері, бүйрек, неврологиялық, гемотологиялық, өкпе, асқазан-ішек және көз сияқты кез-келген мүшелердің ұлпалары ЖҚЖ – ға ұшырауы мүмкін. ЖҚЖ бар науқастардың ортақ белгілері - гемотологиялық бұзылыстар. Әдетте гемотологиялық бұзылыстар ЖҚЖ-ның патофизиологиясына байланысты туындайды, бірақ ол өзгерістер ауруға байланыссыз да пайда болуы мүмкін. Осыған байланысты ЖҚЖ – ның әсерінен дамитын гемотологиялық бұзылыстарды, ЖҚЖ-ның емдеу салдарынан туындаған ба, әлде қанның басқа жасушалық дискразиясының бір бөлігі ме екенін ажыратудың маңызы зор. Мақсаты: ЖҚЖ ауруының белсенділігіне және клиникалық көрінісіне байланысты, қанның гематологиялық көрсеткіштерінің, лейкоциттер мен лейкоцитарлық формулалар деңгейінің өзгеру ерекшеліктері туралы қазіргі әдебиеттерге шолу жасау. Материалдар мен әдістер: Мақала жазуға арналған материалды іздестіру мен талдау PubMed, Scopus, , Medline, Web of Science , SpringerLink, Web of Knowledge (Thomson Reuters), Медицина, Science Direct, rheumatolog.ru, BMC (biomedcentral.com), cyberleninka.ru, BMJ (ard.bmj.com), Oxford academic (academic.oup.com) және т.б. ақпараттар базасы мен веб-сайттарда жүргізілді. Іздену жұмыстарының тереңдігі соңғы 15-20 жылдағы мәліметтерді қамтыды. 70 – тен астам әдеби дереккөздердің 63-і осы мақалаға аналитикалық материал ретінде таңдалды. Нәтижелер: Жүйелі қызыл жегі (ЖҚЖ) (ХАЖ-10 бойынша М32) – иммундық жүйенің реттелу үрдісінің генетикалық бұзылуы нәтижесінде, көптеген мүшелердің тіндерінде иммундық қабынудың дамуымен, жасушалардың ядролары мен иммундық кешендерінің антигендеріне арнайы ағзалық антиденелердің түзілуінің негізінде туындайтын, этиологиясы белгісіз, аутоиммунды ауру. Қорытынды: Гемотологиялық бұзылыстар ЖҚЖ науқастарында, аурудың ең жиі кездесетін ортақ белгісі болып табылады. Гемотологиялық бұзылыстарды ЖҚЖ көрінісі, ЖҚЖ – ны емдеу салдары немесе қанның басқа да дискразиясының бір түрі ретінде ажырата біліу маңызды. Біздің шолуымызда ЖҚЖ ауруының патогенезі, лейкопения, нейтропения, лимфоцитопения, перифириялық цитопения қарастырылды.
