ВЛИЯНИЕ ПРОЦЕССОВ СТАРЕНИЯ НА РЕПРОДУКТИВНУЮ ФУНКЦИЮ У МУЖЧИН
Актуальность. Старение - это сочетание необратимых процессов с течением времени, наблюдаемых во всех эукариотических организмах на уровне клеток, тканей, органов и систем. Известно, что репродуктивные способности, как мужчин, так и женщин снижаются с возрастом. На сегодня в развитых странах отмечается тенденция к тому, что пары откладывают рождение ребенка из-за экономических причин, планирования карьеры. Это явление существенно повысило значимость исследований для изучения влияния старения на репродуктивную систему. Цель. Изучить влияние процессов старения на репродуктивную функцию у мужчин. Материалы и методы. Для поиска и отбора статей использовался принцип PRISMA (Предпочтительный Метод Отчета Для Систематических Обзоров и Метаанализов). В настоящем обзоре были использованы базы данных MedLine, Cochrane, PubMEd. Глубина поиска составила 10 лет. Все источники изучены без лимитирования по языку. Обзор литературы проводился в электронном и в ручном режимах. Для обзора были отобраны статьи, соответствующие ключевым словам - Сексуальная дисфункция, репродуктивная дисфункция мужчин, старение. Было найдено 563 статьи, в поиск включались систематические обзоры, метаанализы, рандомизированные клинические исследования. Для удаления дубликатов и отбора статей использовался ресурс «https://rayyan.ai/» После отбора статей было выбрано 126 источников, которые были включены в итоговый синтез. Результаты и обсуждение. Многомерные генетические и средовые факторы окружающей среды ускоряют старение не только в соматических клетках, но и в клетках мужских половых желез. Таким образом, старение значительно влияет и на репродуктивный потенциал, включая высокий риск хромосомных аномалий, задержки внутриутробного развития и других вероятных нарушений. Однако, существующие данные показывают, что ожирение, гиподинамия и сопутствующие заболевания действуют более пагубно на репродуктивную систему мужчин, чем хронологическое старение. Вывод. Действие процесса старения на мужскую репродуктивную систему – достаточно сложный и многогранный процесс, так как обусловлен не только нормальными физиологическими процессами, но и поведенческими и средовыми факторами. Необходимы дальнейшие исследования для изучения старения гонад и его влияния на репродуктивную систему у мужчин.
