ОПЫТ РАЗВИТИЯ СЕЛЬСКОЙ МЕДИЦИНЫ В РАЗВИТЫХ СТРАНАХ: ЛИТЕРАТУРНЫЙ ОБЗОР
Введение. Согласно Государственной программе развития здравоохранения Республики Казахстан на 2020-2025 годы, в городах обеспеченность врачами составляет 56,8 на 10 тыс. населения, а в сельской местности – 16,1 на 10 тыс. населения. Восемьдесят три процента всех врачей страны работают в городской местности и только 17% – в сельской. Проблема обеспеченности кадровыми ресурсами остается актуальной и до конца не решенной. С этой целью, мы провели литературный обзор доступных источников для лучшего понимания того, как эта проблема решается в других странах мира. Цель исследования: Изучение опыта развития селькой медицины в развитых странах мира. Стратегия поиска. Изучены статьи, находящиеся в открытом доступе, глубиной за 30 лет, с использованием следующих баз данных научных публикаций и специализированных поисковых систем: PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus. Информационный поиск проведен по ключевым словам: сельская медицина, телемедицина, COVID-19. Критерии включения: Публикации уровня доказательности А, В: мета-анализы, систематические обзоры, когортные и поперечные исследования. Критерии исключения: мнение экспертов в виде коротких сообщений, рекламные статьи. Результаты. Анализ международного и отечественного опыта развития сельской медицины отмечает нехватку кадров, в том числе семейных врачей в сельской местности. Наставничество и организация образовательного процесса на рабочем месте играют важную роль в профессиональном развитии специалиста сельского уровня. Правильная организация первичной медико-санитарной помощи с элементами дистанционной медицины снижает расходы на здравоохранение и улучшает показатели здоровья населения. Заключение. В эпоху цифровизации развитие семейной медицины в сельской местности может получить дополнительный толчок за счет использования современных технологий, которыми должно быть обеспечено каждое медицинское учреждение на селе.
