ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ БИОБАНКА ДНК И ЕГО РОЛЬ В НАУЧНЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯХ
Введение. Современные молекулярно-генетические исследования полиморфизмов генов предрасположенности к различным мультифакторным заболеваниям требуют анализа большого массива клинической информации и генетических данных, которые характеризуют индивидуальные особенности каждого человека. С этой целью создаются информационные базы данных биологических материалов, которые играют центральную роль в объединении большого объема биологических образцов и информации о них. Цель. Показать значение организации биобанка ДНК и его роль в научных исследованиях. Результаты. В рамках выполнения проекта «Генетические исследования преэклампсии в популяциях Центральной Азии и Европы», Inter regGen 7 рамочной программы Европейской Комиссии по Грантовому соглашению №282540 на базе Научного центра акушерства, гинекологии и перинатологии МЗ РК (НЦАГиП) проведена организация биобанка ДНК. ДНК выделяли солевым методом из периферической крови рекрутируемых по изученным нозологиям. Молекулярно-генетические исследования проводили TaqMan методом единой сайт специфичной амплификации и генотипирования в реальном времени (Real-Time PCR) с использованием тест-систем («Тест Ген», Россия) для молекулярно-генетических исследований. Выводы. Коллекция ДНК биобанка используется для проведения научных исследований мультифакторных заболеваний с невыясненным патогенезом, выявления биомаркеров, создания диагностических тестов в рамках научно-технических программ.
