ОПЫТ ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ СТРАН В ПРОВЕДЕНИИ МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ ПО ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ БОЛЕЗНЕЙ СИСТЕМЫ КРОВООБРАЩЕНИЯ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ.
Введение. Главной причиной смерти во всём мире являются болезни системы кровообращения (БСК) и более 80% преждевременных смертей от БСК можно предотвратить, приняв необходимые профилактические меры. Данный обзор литературы посвящён изучению опыта зарубежных стран в организации профилактики БСК. Цель. Изучить опыт зарубежных стран в организации мероприятий по профилактике БСК. Стратегия поиска. Поиск литературы был осуществлен с использованием баз данных PubMed, GoogleScholar, Medline, Cyberleninka и электронной библеотеки eLIBRARY, по ключевым словам (болезни системы кровообращения, профилактика, профилактические мероприятия) с 1970 года по 2020 год, так как в течение данного периода времени многим зарубежным странам удалось снизить смертность от БСК. Было найдено больше 50 общественных программ по профилактике БСК, проведенных с 1970 года по 2020 год. Из 50 источников было отобрано для последующего анализа только 10, самых эффективных, по данным результатов многочисленных исследований, проведенных в течение данного периода времени, программ по профилактике БСК. Для последующего анализа были отобраны программы 10 стран, которым удалось снизить смертность от БСК на более 50%. Результаты. Таким образом, программы почти всех стран включали подход, основанный на средствах массовой информации, с использованием комбинации радио, телевидения и печатных материалов для передачи сообщений о здоровье сердца. Многие программы также включали скрининговые вмешательства, индивидуальное и групповое консультирование. Департаменты здравоохранения, местные комитеты здравоохранения, добровольные организации и волонтеры из сообществ играли роль в реализации программы, и вмешательства проводились в различных условиях, в том числе на рабочих местах и в школах. Выводы. Исходя из вышеперечисленного следует, что 10 странам удалось снизить смертность от БСК на 50 и более процентов, благодаря введению эффективных мероприятий, направленных на профилактику БСК, таких как: -Проводение лекций о профилактике БСК для медицинских работников, диетологов, менеджеров столовых, преподавателей; -Пропогандирование физической активности среди населения посредством организации программ, конкурсов; -Консультирование людей о здоровом питании, о вреде и пользе продуктов в продуктовых магазинах и супермаркетах; - Маркировка продуктов с высоким содержанием соли, жиров и сахара. -Использование средств массовой информации: радио, телевидения и печатных материалов для передачи сообщений о вреде курения, о здоровом питании, о том, как нужно придерживаться ЗОЖ; -Проведение оценки результатов проведенных профилактических мероприятий.
