АЛҒАШҚЫ МЕДИКО-САНИТАРЛЫҚ КӨМЕКТІ ЖЕТІЛДІРУДІҢ ӨЗЕКТІ АСПЕКТІЛЕРІ. ӘДЕБИЕТТІК ШОЛУ
Өзектілігі. Алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмек денсаулық сақтаудың жеке қажеттіліктерінің басым көпшілігін қанағаттандыруға, пациенттермен тұрақты серіктестікті орнатуға және отбасы мен қоғамдастық жағдайында тәжірибеге жауап беретін интеграцияланған, қол жетімді медициналық қызметтер ретінде сипатталады. Осы және алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмектің басқа негізгі анықтамалары дәрігердің қызметін анықтамайды, керісінше денсаулық сақтау жүйесінде алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмек көрсететін негізгі функциялардың жиынтығына жатады, атап айтқанда: қол жетімділік, сабақтастық, жан-жақтылық және үйлесімділік. Заңнамалық реформа, технологиялық эволюция, қоғамдық күтулердің өзгеруі және шығындарға қысымының өзгеруі денсаулық сақтау жүйесіндегі өзгерістерді тездетуге негіз болды. Алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті жетілдіру - нақты көзқарас пен терең өзгерістерді қажет етеді. Мақсаты. Шет елдердегі алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті жетілдіру бойынша әдебиеттік шолу жүргізу. Іздеу стратегиясы. Алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті жетілдіру бойынша шет елдерде қолданылып жатқан әдістер мен ұсыныстарға байланысты ағылшын және орыс тілдеріндегі толық мәтінді басылымдар зерттелді. Әдебиеттерді іздеу барысында келесі іздеу жүйелері қолданылды: Pubmed, Web of science, Cyberleninka, Google Scholar кілт сөздер бойынша сараптама жүргізілді. Уақыт кезеңі 2012-2022 жылдармен белгіленді. Осы тақырып бойынша 1290 жарияланым анықталды. Олардың ішінде біздің зерттеуіміздің мақсатына 41 мақала сәйкес келді. Қосу критерийлері: А, В дәлелділік деңгейінің жарияланымдары: мета-талдаулар, жүйелі шолулар, когорттық және көлденең зерттеулер. Шығару критерийлері: қысқаша есептер, газет мақалалары және жеке хабарламалар. Нәтижелер мен қорытындылар. Алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті жетілдіру барлық адамдар алғашқы медико-санитарлық көмекті әділ,қолжетімді түрде алу керек деген қағидаға негізделуі керек.
