ВЛИЯНИЕ ТОЛЩИНЫ ЭНДОМЕТРИЯ НА ИСХОД ПРОГРАММ ВСПОМОГАТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕПРОДУКТИВНЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ.
Введение. Тонкий эндометрий, зафиксированный на УЗИ в процессе стимуляции яичников, по данным литературы, связан со снижением частоты наступления беременности после процедуры экстракорпорального оплодотворения (ЭКО), даже в случае отсутствия предшествующих хирургических вмешательств в полость матки либо инфекционного поражения эндометрия. Данный обзор литературы посвящён изучению влияния толщины эндометрия на исходы вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Цель. Изучить опыт зарубежных авторов в изучении корреляции исходов программ ВРТ с толщиной эндометрия на момент переноса эмбрионов. Стратегия поиска. Поиск литературы был осуществлен с использованием баз данных PubMed, GoogleScholar, Medline за последние 10 лет, также было включено несколько источников 1989, 1993 и 1996 годов, содержащих концептуальную информацию. Поиск производился по ключевым словам: «толщина эндометрия», «тонкий эндометрий», «вспомогательные репродуктивные технологии», «экстракорпоральное оплодотворение». Были отобраны статьи на английском языке, содержащие доказательные выводы по оценке корреляции между толщиной эндометрия и частотой наступления беременности, материнскими и перинатальными исходами у женщин, перенесших процедуру ЭКО. Результаты и выводы. Анализ данных исследований показал, что имеется закономерная корреляционная связь между толщиной эндометрия и показателями результативности программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий. Тонкий эндометрий снижает частоту наступления клинической беременности, а также пагубно влияет на исходы самой беременности, повышая риски невынашивания беременности и преждевременных родов.
