МИРОВОЙ ОПЫТ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ ПРИВЕРЖЕННОСТИ ЗДОРОВОМУ ОБРАЗУ ЖИЗНИ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ РАБОТНИКОВ
Актуальность. Значение здорового образа жизни в профилактике вредных привычек является очень важным. Приверженность здоровому образу жизни медицинского персонала и, особенно, будущих врачей оказывает большое влияние на формирование принципов соблюдения здорового образа жизни среди пациентов. Цель. Изучение приверженности здоровому образу жизни среди медицинских работников. Стратегия поиска. Поиск литературы осуществлялся в электронных базах данных PubMed, GoogleScholar, Medline, e-Library, Cyberleninka, по ключевым запросам: здоровый образ жизни, медицинские работники, медицинские сестры, врачи, нездоровое пищевое поведение, ожирение, физическая активность, употребление алкоголя, курение, стресс, эмоциональное выгорание, депрессия) с 2010 по 2022 годы. Результаты. Среди медицинских работников широко распространены избыточная масса тела и ожирение, они не следуют рекомендациям ВОЗ по физической активности, некоторые курят и превышают рекомендуемую максимальную суточную дозу алкоголя. Такие факторы как особенности сменной работы, чрезмерные рабочие нагрузки, частые стрессовые ситуации, а также недостаток знаний о здоровых пищевых привычках, уровне достаточной физической активности, о пагубных последствиях курения, употребления алкоголя и стратегиях поддержки психического здоровья влияют на приверженность медицинскими работниками здоровому образу жизни. Выводы. Изучение образа жизни медицинских работников, изучение факторов, препятствующих медицинским работникам придерживаться здорового образа жизни, могут оказать влияние на качество оказываемых медицинских услуг пациентам в Республике Казахстан.
