БЛОКАДА ПОПЕРЕЧНОГО ПРОСТРАНСТВА ЖИВОТА. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Введение. В литературном обзоре освещены вопросы блокады поперечного пространства живота, анатомические аспекты, классификация, особенности введения местных анестетиков, преимущества, недостатки, эффективность методики в послеоперационном периоде. Приведены доказательства проведения блокады поперечного пространства живота под ультразвуковым контролем. Цель: Обзор современной литературы об анатомии блокады поперечного пространства живота, классификации, особенностях введения местных анестетиков, преимуществах, недостатках и эффективности методики в послеоперационном периоде. Стратегия поиска: Поиск и анализ материала для написания статей, проводились в информационных базах и вэб сайтах PubMed, Scopus, WebofScience, European Journal Anaesthesiology, Journal Anesthesiology, BMC (biomedcentral.com). Глубина поисковых работ включала данные за последние 20 лет, в том числе источники 1980-х годов также добавлены в обзор, поскольку содержат первые описания по теме исследования и были использованы для проведения анализа. Статьи, в основном, на английском языке. Из более 110 литературных источников 74 были выбраны в качестве аналитического материала для данной статьи. Результаты: Блокада поперечного пространства живота имеет анатомические особенности, вариабельность методик, и высокую анальгетическую эффективность под ультразвуковым контролем обеспечивает с опиоидсберегающими эффектами у пациентов после лапаротомных и лапароскопических операций. Выводы: Блокада поперечного пространства живота под ультразвуковым контролем обеспечивает безопасное введение анестестетика и качественное обезболивание после лапароскопических и ряда лапаротомных операций.
