СОЗЫЛМАЛЫ ЖҮРЕК ЖЕТКІЛІКСІЗДІГІ БАР НАУҚАСТАРДАҒЫ ПСИХОЭМОЦИОНАЛДЫ КҮЙ
Аңдатпа. Психоэмоционалдық бұзылулар көбінесе созылмалы жүрек жеткіліксіздігі (СЖЖ) бар науқастардың қолайсыз нәтижелерінің қауіп факторлары болып табылады. СЖЖ бар науқастардың 50% -ы және СЖЖ өлімінің барлық жағдайларының 90% -ы 70 жастан асқан ересектерге тиесілі.
Мақсаты созылмалы жүрек жеткіліксіздігі бар науқастардың психоэмоционалдық жай-күйі жайлы жиналған әдебиеттерге талдау жүргізу.
Іздеу стратегиясы: біз соңғы бірнеше жылдағы ең маңызды басылымдарды, электрондық деректер базасында (Web of Science, Scopus және PubMed) жарияланған зерттеулерді, жүйелі шолуларды (ЖШ) және мета-талдауларды (MТ) қарастырдық, бұдан басқа жұмысқа өткен жылдардағы жеке маңызды шолулар мен мақалалар енгізілді. Дерекқордан іздестіру кезінде барлығы 354 мақала табылды. Мұқият іріктеуден және олардың кейбіреулерін алып тастаудан кейін келесі кезеңге ағылшын тіліндегі 82 мақала енді. Нәтижелер мен талқылау. Бұл жүректің лақтыру фракциясының азаюына және/немесе тыныштықта немесе стресс кезінде жүрек ішіндегі қысымның артуына әкеп соғатын құрылымдық және/немесе функционалдық жүрек аномалиясынан туындаған синдром болып табылады. Бұл жүрек функциясының өзгерістерімен ғана емес, сондай-ақ депрессия, стресс және ашу сияқты психоәлеуметтік факторлармен де сипатталады, сондай-ақ ауруханаға жатқызуды және/немесе өлімді қоса алғанда, қолайсыз нәтижелерімен проспективті түрде байланысты. Қорытынды. Кейінгі зерттеулер науқастардың жалпы психологиялық жай-күйінің шынайы көрінісін нақтылауға мүмкіндік береді және қиындықтар анықталған жағдайда осы қиындықтарды бағалау мен емдеудің стандартталған әдістемесін әзірлеуге мүмкіндік береді.
