ГИГИЕНИЧЕСКАЯ КУЛЬТУРА УЧАЩИХСЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ СРЕДНИХ ОБЩЕОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ. ЛИТЕРАТУРНЫЙ ОБЗОР.
Введение. Соответствующие гигиенические знания и навыки школьников имеют решающее значение для снижения уровня инфекционных заболеваний среди детей. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, дети более уязвимы к факторам риска по сравнению со взрослыми, из-за этой уязвимости особое значение имеет наличие соответствующих служб водоснабжения, санитарии и гигиены в школах. Неадекватные услуги по водоснабжению, санитарии и гигиене в школьной среде прямо или косвенно влияют на результаты здравоохранения и образования.
Школы играют важную роль в обучении знаниям и жизненным навыкам, связанным с водой, санитарией и гигиеной. Однако многочисленные исследования показали, что наличие и доступность учебных материалов по гигиене и содержанию гигиенических средств в их школах были связаны с предрасполагающими факторами у детей, их знаниями и отношением к использованию и обслуживанию гигиенических средств. Это связано с тем, что детям не хватало подкрепления и подхода к обучению жизненным навыкам в школьной программе. Поэтому проведение обзора литературы на планируемую в данной работе тему является актуальным научным направлением.
Цель: проанализировать международный и отечественный опыт деятельности средних общеобразовательных учреждений в области сохранения и укрепления здоровья учащихся, а также формирования у них гигиенических навыков.
Стратегия поиска: Для проведения обзора литературы был проведен тщательный поиск источников в ряде баз данных, таких как UpToDate, BMJ, PubMed, Scopus, Wiley, Medline, Web of science, Cyberleninka, Google Scholar. Этот поиск включал исследования на английском языке, опубликованные в течение 6 лет (2017-2023), и ежегодные статистические сборники о здоровье населения и деятельности организаций здравоохранения Республики Казахстан.
Результаты и выводы. В проведенном нами литературном обзоре мы убедились, что в результате совокупности различных вмешательств у школьников: общеобразовательные учреждения, учебные программы, воспитание детей, окружающая среда, социальная обстановка, наличие гигиенических средств и другие факторы играют важную роль в формировании правильных гигиенических навыков. Таким образом, как показывает международный и отечественный опыт деятельности средних общеобразовательных учреждений в области охраны и укрепления здоровья учащихся, формирования их гигиенических навыков, измерение гигиенических знаний, общения и поведения среди учащихся, рекомендации в области укрепления здоровья, учебные программы и материалы факультативных курсов, в свою очередь, являются началом для разработки программ, направленные на улучшение знаний, коррекцию заблуждений, формирование правильного отношения и закрепление поведения, а также профилактику паразитарных или инфекционных заболеваний.
