Зерттеудің мақсаты балалардағы жүректің митральді қақпақшасы пролапсы кезіндегі дәнекер тіні дисплазиясының фенотипті белгілері кездесу жиілігін анықтау болып табылды. Митральді қақпақша пролапсы бар 42 балаға және бақылау тобына алынған 38 балаға кешенді клиникалық- аспаптық зерттеу жүргізілді. Дәнекер тіні дисплазиясының фенотипті белгілерінің айқын білінуі митральді қақпақша пролапсы бар балалардың 45,2% байқалды, ол дисплазияның жайылған сипатын дәлелдейді.

Treatment of dental prosthetics intolerance allows avoiding of removal of prosthesis devices made of stainless steel and replacing them with noble in 93.2% of cases.. Positive results suggest promising applications of antioxidants, including ace-typcysteine (fluimutsila) in the process of rehabilitation of patients with intolerance to non-removable stainless steel dental prosthetics.

DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF THE INTOXICATION SYNDROME IN LIFFUSE PERITONITS
Based on analysis of clinic - laboratory manifestations of intoxication in 200 patients with widespread forms of peritonitis the authors give a classification of severity of the intoxication syndrome. The role of proteases and middle size peptides in pathogenesis of endogenous intoxication in peritonitis is shown. The irrigation of the abdominal cavity with Kontrical is rec-ommended in the postoperative period for decreasing the intoxication. Hemosorption was also used in patients with the growing syndrome of endogenous III-degree intoxication. The methods used lowered lethality from 29,9%...
