DRUG-INDUCED LIVER DAMAGE. CLINICAL CASE
Drug-induced liver damage is one of the formidable liver diseases that can appear in the practice of every doctor after the appointment of treatment and lead to a fatal outcome. The described clinical case demonstrates hepatitis that developed against the background of taking basic drugs for the underlying disease. This article describes the course and severity of the disease, the dynamics of the increase in symptoms. In recent years, the prevalence of drug-induced hepatitis of various etiologies has been growing. The data provided in the article will be useful to therapists, general practitioners, gastroenterologists and rheumatologists.
