АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ МЕДИЦИНСКОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ СПОРТСМЕНОВ В УСЛОВИЯХ COVID-19
Введение: Спорт высших достижений – это модель деятельности спортсменов, которые в течение своей профессиональной жизни подвергаются высоким физическим и психологическим нагрузкам. Медицинское обеспечение спортсменов сопряжено с уникальными проблемами, часто в необычных условиях. Последствия пандемии COVID-19 не обошли стороной и спортсменов. Обеспечение физического и психического здоровья спортсменов является ключевым моментом. Роль спортивного врача заключается не только в оказании медицинской помощи, но и своеобразной опеке, обучении и руководстве в продвижении и защите философии здорового духа в здоровом теле у всех спортсменов. Цель: обзор литературных источников по организации медицинского обеспечения спортсменов в условиях пандемии COVID-19. Стратегия поиска: Проведен поиск научных работ и источников информации в поисковых системах Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, PubMed, Google Scholar, e-Library.ru, CyberLeninka. Критерии включения: были использованы источники не ранее 2015 года, но в связи с недостаточным освещением проблемы и для полноты описания ситуации были также анализированы данные 2010, 2011, 2013 годов, оригинальные статьи, обзоры литературы, мета-анализы, нормативно-правовые документы; публикации с полным текстом и в открытом доступе на английском и русском языках. Критериями исключения явились: статьи, опубликованные ранее 2010 года; материалы, не имеющие доказательной базы, которые не отражали основной значимости, с неясными и неоднозначными выводами, повторно встречающиеся публикации, материалы конференций и клинические случаи. В результате поиска нами было идентифицировано всего 107 зарубежных и отечественных публикаций, из них в данный обзор вошли 61 публикация. Результаты: Обзор литературы показал, что за последние десять лет произошли кардинальные изменения во многих сферах, тесно связанных со спортом высших достижений, требующие соответствующего обновления методов медицинского обеспечения спортсменов. Выводы: Роль спортивного врача на всех этапах подготовки спортсмена высокого класса имеет важное, а порой и решающее, значение. Организация медицинского обеспечения в условиях пандемии COVID-19 является актуальной проблемой и требующей дальнейшего изучения.
