ОСНОВНЫЕ РИСКИ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ РАБОТНИКОВ В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ COVID-19. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ.
В статье представлен обзор литературы за 2020-2022 годы по выявлению основных факторов риска трудовой деятельности медицинских работников клинических отделений в период пандемии COVID-19. Медицинские работники в эпоху пандемии COVID-19 работали на первой линии защиты, где быстрое распространение вируса, его высокая контагиозность, вынудили ввести режимы изоляции и карантина, что, до создания вакцин, являлись единственными эффективными подходами для нераспространения COVID-19. Длительный рабочий день, риск заражения, нехватка средств индивидуальной защиты, изоляция, физическая усталость и разлука с семьями повлияли как на физическое, так и на психическое здоровье медицинских работников. Предикторы худших результатов депрессии у медработников по всем шкалам включали женский пол; более молодой возраст; ранее существовавшее психиатрическое состояние; имеющих проблемы в отношениях; медсестринское дело. Оценка распространенности инфекции среди медицинских работников, определение соответствующих факторов риска и применение эффективных мер инфекционного контроля имеют важное значение для непрерывности системы здравоохранения. Использованием серопозитивных (положительных) тестов в исследованиях ученых было доказано, что уровень распространенности COVID-19 среди медицинских работников значительно выше, чем в сообществе. Поэтому существует настоятельная необходимость в постоянном, тщательном систематическом обзоре мировых исследований, который постоянно оценивает факторы риска заражения SARS-CoV-2 среди лиц, находящихся на переднем крае.
