ОЦЕНКА УРОВНЯ ПОДГОТОВЛЕННОСТИ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ СЕСТЕР ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ ПМСП К ОКАЗАНИЮ ПАЛЛИАТИВНОЙ ПОМОЩИ: ПОПЕРЕЧНОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ
Растущая нехватка кадров в сфере паллиативной помощи становится все более ощутимой. Несмотря на то, что медсестры составляют самую большую группу специалистов в области здравоохранения, мало что известно об их роли в паллиативной помощи на всех уровнях ее оказания. Необходимо отметить важную роль медсестер в обеспечении всеобщего доступа к паллиативной помощи, особенно на этапе ПМСП. Отсутствие профессиональной подготовки и низкий уровень осведомленности о паллиативной помощи среди специалистов здравоохранения представляет собой серьезное препятствие на пути улучшения паллиативной помощи. Ввиду того, что медсестры во всех медицинских учреждениях активно вовлечены в оказание медицинских услуг пациентам, страдающим тяжелыми заболеваниями, они должны иметь достаточный уровень знаний и опыта в области паллиативной помощи. Особенно важно, чтобы специалисты, активно вовлеченные в процесс оказания паллиативной помощи, имели глубинное понимание философии паллиативного ухода.
Таким образом, целью нашего исследования является определение уровня знаний в области оказания паллиативного ухода у медицинских сестер, работающих в организациях ПМСП.
