TO A QUESTION OF SAFETY OF FOODSTUFF AS TO FUNDAMENTAL ASPECT FOR HEALTH
Safety of food is part of nation-wide policy in the sphere of preservation and harmonious development of the nation. Repre-sentative department in the sphere of safety of products is departments of the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main responsibility for quality and safety of food lies on producers, processors and offtakers of food products.
