METHODS OF DETERMINING THE LOCOMOTOR ACTIVITY OF RATS
Introduction: studying locomotor activity of rat used in experimental research in worldwide. This is due to the fact that it is an integral part of clinical trials. With the definition of mobility, we can evaluate the effect of certain pharmacological agents, environmental influences on psycho-emotional state of a living organism. The article presents the literature review on the various techniques of determining the locomotor activity of mammals as well as our personal development about studying the mobility of rats.

THE FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE OF THYROID PATHOLOGY IN RESIDENTS OF THE TERRITORIES ADJACENT TO THE FORMER SEMIPALATINSK NUCLEAR TEST SITE
Introduction. The article provides an analysis of thyroid disease among the population of areas adjacent to the former Semipalatinsk nuclear test site. The tragic feature of the Semipalatinsk region, consisting in multiple acute and chronic exposure to large and small doses, virtually no area of decontamination and replacement foods have created a unique environment for the study of long-term exposure to certain doses of radiation on health. According to modern concepts, the main effects of exposure to radioactive iodine in the thyroid gland (TG) are thyroiditis, benign and malignant t...

EVALUATION OF RADIOACTIVE CONTAMINATION IN AREAS OF NEAR SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND NUCLEAR TESTS
Introduction: Radiological Research at the Semipalatinsk Test Site (STS) are carried out in order to assess of radioactive contamination level of vast territories in the area of 18,500 km2 and a further need to return these lands into the national economy. It is known that the nuclear tests were carried out at the test sites on the "Ground Zero", Delegen mountain, "Balapan" tract.
Aim of research: To determine the activity on the "Ground Zero", which carried out ground and air nuclear explosions that have made a major contribution to the contaminati... More

CONDITION OF ORAL MUCOSA ON THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF THE ORTHOPAEDIC TREATMENT
The quality of the orthopaedic treatment depends on the rate of adaptation of the mucous membrane of the basal seat and paradontium to the orthopaedic structures.
The purpose of this study is to develop methods of detecting inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth at the stages of orthopedic treatment by improving known. Well as the necessary objectification of the process of detecting the inflammation due to the graphical visualization of the obtained results and to promote the improvement of the degree of informativity of the study and the efficiency of orthopedic treatment at ... CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA: RESULTS OF SURGICALTREATMENT
Introduction: Surgical treatment of cholangiocarcinomas is accompanied by a great number of post-operative complications and high mortality. This is due to obstructive jaundice and insufficient liver parenchyma remaining after its extensive resection. The development of irreversible hepatic decompensation in the post-operative period becomes the main cause of unsatisfactory treatment outcomes.
Research aim: to improve the outcomes of the surgical treatment of cholangiocarcinomas using miniinvasive technologies.
Materials and methods: Treatment outcomes for 72 patients with cholangi... More
