In the paper we have presented the basic rules for performing the biomedical researches, tasks for local ethical commis-sions, principles of bioethical regulation of medical studies of health status for the population exposed to radiation in the results of nuclear tests on the Semipalatinsk test site. It were described the main elements of information agreement for taking the part in screening and specific clinical examinations.
