Введение. Гипоспадия относится к распространенным аномалиям половых органов. Лечение гипоспадии у детей проводится только хирургическим путем. Разнообразие применяемых методов лечения обусловлено большим количеством осложнений и поиском оптимального способа операции для коррекции гипоспадии.
Цель улучшение результатов лечения передних и средних форм гипоспадии у детей путем внедрения модифицированного метода уретропластики лоскутом крайней плоти на «питающей ножке» и снижение послеоперационных осложнений.

IMPROVEMENT OF METHODS OF TREATMENT OF GIPOSPADIA IN CHILDREN. STUDY PROTOCOL.
Introduction. Hypospodias refers to widespread anomalies of the genital organs. Treatment of hypospadias in children is performed only surgically. The variety of applied methods of treatment is caused by a large number of complications and the search for the optimal method of surgery for the correction of hypospadias.
The aim: to improve the results of treatment of anterior and middle hypospadias in children by introducing a modified urethroplasty method with a flap of the foreskin on the “feeding leg” and reducing postoperative complications.

ACUTE CEREBRAL CIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN BABIES
Clinical manifestations of acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies are varied, but in the beginning of the disease the main symptom are the presence of cerebral and focal symptoms. Reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies in most cases were perinatal pathology of pregnant, stress conditions at the age of 1-2 months. The results of pathological-anatomical dissections indicate that 62,5% of cases, reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders was malformation of cerebral vascular.
