Введение. В структуре всех врожденных пороков развития 30 % приходится на врожденные пороки сердца (ВПС), они вносят существенный вклад в показатели перинатальной и младенческой смертности, приводят к инвалидности, тем самым требуют значительных экономических затрат на хирургическую коррекцию и социальную помощь детям-инвалидам. В Республике Казахстан частота ВПС среди живорожденных составляет 8-10 на 1000, а общее количество детей, родившихся с ВПС в Казахстане ежегодно около 3000.
