The trend of population ageing is reinforced in a planetary scale, and especially in developed countries. By this hand the population ageing process will affect on different factors such as health status and health-care system. Concerning to this the main purpose of this research was a health status study of the dispensary group patients living in the health-rehabilitation department of "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city.

Structure analysis of morbidity and disability among the residents of KSU'S "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city will allow optimize basic directions of prophylaxis and care methods.
