МЕДИЦИНАЛЫҚ БІЛІМДІ БАСҚАРУДЫҢ ӘДІСТЕРІН ЖЕТІЛДІРУ. ӘДЕБИЕТТІ ШОЛУ
Кіріспе: Медициналық білімнің сапасын жақсартуға үздіксіз ұмтылу денсаулық сақтау саласындағы әрқашан да өзекті және пікірталас тудыратын мәселе болып қала береді, өйткені жоғары білікті медициналық көмек көрсету тәжірибелік дәрігерлердің құзыретіне тікелей байланысты, бұл өз кезегінде жалпы кадрларды даярлау жүйесінің жұмысының нәтижесі. Медициналық білім күн сайын мұқият болуды талап етеді, сондықтан мамандар дайындықтан кейін жалпы медициналық миссияны орындау үшін барлық қажетті дағдыларға ие болады. Соңғы бес жыл ішінде пациенттердің «қауіпсіздігі» бүкіл әлемде денсаулық сақтау саласындағы көшбасшы болып табылады және медициналық қызметтер көрсету сапасының маңызды бөлігі болып табылады. Жоғарыда айтылғандарға байланысты медициналық көмектің барлық кезеңдеріндегі әртүрлі мамандықтағы дәрігерлер үшін пациенттердің қауіпсіздігі критерийлерін ескере отырып, жаңа оқу жоспарларын жасауға деген сұраныс артты, бұл медициналық жоғары оқу орындарының педагогтарына қосымша жауапкершіліктер тудырады. Мақсаты: Жарияланымдарды талдай отырып, медициналық білімдегі басқару әдістерінің заманауи жағдайларын зерделеу сұрақтарына арналған. Іздену стратегиясы: әдебиеттерді іздеу PubMed, Google Scholar электронды деректер базасында және электронды кітапханада кілт сөздер бойынша жүргізілді (медициналық білім, басқару, бағалау, дизайнерлік ойлау. Шолудағы сипаттамалар үшін мәскелелердің сипаттамалары көрсетілген релевантты жұмыстар қабылданды. Нәтижелер: Медициналық білімдегі басқару саласындағы қарастырылған зерттеулердің нәтижелері бойынша бағалау әдістерінің эволюциясы, оның ішінде проблемалық оқыту әдісі мен құзіреттілікке негізделген тәсіл, сонымен қатар жобалық және дизайнерлік ойлаудың әртүрлі вариациялары қарастырылады. «Цифрландыру» мәселесіне ерекше назар аударылды, өйткені электрондық оқыту білім беру қызметтерінің кең спектрін ұсыну үшін қол жетімді IT-технологияларды пайдалануға мүмкіндік береді. Қорытындылар: білімнің тиімділігін зерттеу өте күрделі, бірақ біз осы жерде талқыланғанға қарағанда жоғары сапалы зерттеулер жүргізе аламыз, әсіресе басқару әдістерін салыстыру кезінде. Біздің шолуымыз көрсеткендей, оқыту әдісін дәл анықтап, оқу практикасында не болатынын бақылау қажет. Біз әртүрлі сападағы бірнеше тиісті зерттеулерді таптық.
