ӨКПЕНІҢ СОЗЫЛМАЛЫ ОБСТРУКТИВТІ АУРУЫ КЕЗІНДЕГІ БІРІККЕН ЕМГЕ ЗАМАНАУИ КӨЗҚАРАС
Өкпенің созылмалы обструктивті ауруының (ӨСОА) экономикаға, денсаулық сақтау саласына келтіретін зардаптары зор. Әлемде ӨСОА-на 210 миллион адам шалдыққан және бұл ауру 3 миллион адам өлімінің себебі болып табылады (әлемдегі барлық өлім-жітімнің 5%). Болжам бойынша, ӨСОА 2030 жылы әлемде өлім-жітімнің негізгі себебі болады деп күтілуде. Жеңіл дәрежемен салыстырғанда ауыр ағымдағы ӨСОА байланысты шығын 17 есе көп. ӨСОА кезінде қабыну - негізгі патогентикалық механизм. заманауи түсінік бойынша ӨСОА қоршаған ортаның қолайсыз факторларымен байланысты созылмалы қабыну ауруы болып табылады. Осы аурудан болатын өлім-жітімді азайту, асқынулары мен өршуінің алдын алу, науқастардың өмір сүру сапасын жақсарту, клиникалық сиптомдарын бәсеңдету, ауру үдеуін баяулату ӨСОА заманауи емінің негізгі міндеттері болып табылады.
